# 物件とは？

物件とは、各地に[都市マス](/wp/dice-or-dead/masutoha.md)が点在していてそこに止まることで購入でき、 購入することで定期的に収入を得て資産を増やすことができる[マス](/wp/dice-or-dead/masutoha.md)です。資産は現金のままだと増えませんが、物件を購入することでプラスにすることが見込めます。収益率がよい物件をゲットすることで有利に進めることができます。各物件には収入パーセンテージが設定されており、ひとつの[都市マス](/wp/dice-or-dead/masutoha.md)の物件買い占めに成功すると決算時の収益が増加するなどの「独占ボーナス」が付与されます。
